Free-range chicken breast, flaky panko crumb, rich house made Napoli sauce, sliced smoky ham and a good cheese mix of mozzarella & parmesan.

STEP 2
Butchery

Butterfly, tenderise and crumb in garlic and herb panko.

STEP 3
Construction

Cook your schnitzel, shield with ham, lather with sauce, top with cheese blend.

STEP 4
Finishing

Bake in oven until sauce is hot and cheese is runny. Place under overhead grill, turn cheese golden brown.

STEP 5
Plating

Parmigiana on the plate, parsley is optional. Chips next to it & salad served how you want.
