TERMS & CONDITIONS: for Beat the Clock Promotion ($20k Giveaway )

  1. Promotion Date and Venue
    1. The competition will take place on Friday, 26th July 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, in both the front bar and the back bar.
  2. Major Cash Prize
    1. The total major cash prize is $20,000.
  3. Ticket Distribution
    1. Tickets will be distributed for purchases made between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
    2. Participants will receive one ticket for every $10 spent or part thereof (e.g., a $12 purchase equates to 2 tickets).
  4. Raffle Draws
    1. The first raffle draw will occur at 6:00 PM, where one ticket will be drawn from the bucket.
    2. If the cash prize is not won, subsequent draws will be held every half hour until 9:00 PM (6:30 PM, 7:00 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:00 PM, 8:30 PM, and 9:00 PM).
  5. Presentation of Winning Ticket
    1. The winning patron has 2 minutes to present their winning ticket. If not presented within this time frame, a redraw will take place.
  6. Winning the Cash Jackpot
    1. The winner must stop the timer exactly at 10.00 seconds to win the cash jackpot.
    2. There is a single $20,000 prize available, which can be won at any point in the competition by stopping the timer at the 10.00-second mark.
    3. If the cash jackpot is claimed before all rounds conclude, the competition will continue, offering participants a chance to win Rec Merchandise.
  7. Alternative Prizes
    1. Any other recorded time will receive $20 in Rec Bucks.
    2. During the final draw at 9:00 PM, the raffle winner is guaranteed $5,000 if they do not hit the 10.00-second jackpot time.
  8. Prize Distribution
    1. If the $20,000 prize is won, the payout will be as follows: $5,000 on the night of the event, with an additional $5,000 paid weekly for the next three weeks.

By participating in the competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
